Test Procedure

1. Preparation: Bring test and sample to room temperature.
2. Sampling:
   • Serum/Plasma: 3 drops of sample (75 µL) on the test area, add 1 drop of sample diluent if sticky.
   • Whole Blood: 2 drops of sample (50 µL) followed by 2 drops of diluent.
3. Timing: Read results within 10-30 minutes. Results are invalid after 30 minutes.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive: Red bands on both the test (T) and control (C) lines.
• Negative: Red band on control line (C) only.
• Invalid: No red band on control line (C), regardless of T line presence.

Precautions

1. Single-Use: Dispose of all consumables properly in accordance with medical waste regulations.
2. Sample Storage: Whole blood and serum/plasma samples should be kept at 2-8°C, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
3. Visual Interpretation: Do not read results in dim light.

Limitations
